What OurDream AI does

OurDream AI is a roleplay platform run by Dream Studio USA, Inc. It claims more than 10 million users and 7 million characters created by users. The age gate asks who you are interested in (women, men or trans characters, gay or straight) and fills the library to match.

• Chat with unlimited messages on paid plans. Standard models cost 0 coins per message for subscribers; the "Genius" models cost 1 coin per response.
• Images in chat (5 coins each, or 10 for two) and videos (100 coins per 5 seconds, up to 60 seconds).
• Voice calls at 50 coins a minute and audio messages.
• Group chats and long-term memory.
• Community packs: the full image and video library of one character, paid in coins, viewable only with an active subscription.
• Any language in chat: the help center says the character switches if you ask it to talk in another language, sometimes after a few prompts.

Only fictional characters: OurDream does not allow uploading reference photos "due to possible deepfakes and other legal problems". We see that as a plus.

Per the official help center (checked 2 Nov 2026). The /pricing page sits behind the age gate, so these figures come from the help articles.

How to start

1. Open ourdream.ai, pass the 18+ age gate and pick who you want to see.
2. Sign up with your email and enter the verification code OurDream sends you.
3. Browse public characters, or create your own (next section).
4. Upgrade before you chat seriously: on a free account every message costs a coin and you start with none.
5. Choose monthly ($19.99) or annual ($119.88) and pay by card or crypto.

How to create a character on OurDream

Creating a chatbot costs 10 dreamcoins. The steps inside the app:

1. Open the creator and describe appearance and personality. OurDream does not accept photo uploads, so everything comes from your text.
2. Generate the character image and adjust the prompt until it matches what you want. The help center links community guides on prompting for characters, chat and images.
3. Write the greeting and scenario. Text between asterisks (*like this*) is shown as an action in yellow.
4. Choose visibility: private, unlisted or public. Only premium accounts can submit public bots; each one is reviewed by hand, which the help center says usually takes a few days.
5. To share it, open My AI → your character → three dots → Edit → Unlisted or Public, then copy the chat URL.

OurDream AI app: iPhone and Android

There is no standalone OurDream app in the App Store or Google Play. The help center's answer is to add the site to your home screen:

• iPhone: open Safari, go to ourdream.ai, tap Share, then "Add to Home Screen".
• Android: open Chrome, go to ourdream.ai, tap the three-dot menu, then "Add to Home Screen".

Any "OurDream" APK or store app from another publisher is not the official service. Do not enter your login there.

OurDream AI login problems

OurDream confirms your account with a verification code sent by email. If the code does not arrive, the help center lists the usual causes: the email landed in junk or a filter, the address was mistyped, or there is a short delay. Wait up to an hour before contacting support. For other login or loading problems: clear cache and cookies, switch browser, try incognito mode, turn off ad-blockers. To change your account email, use the Request Help button on your profile page.

Safety, billing and refunds

• Company: Dream Studio USA, Inc. (USA).
• Privacy: the homepage FAQ claims end-to-end encrypted chats. Account deletion is available and permanent: it removes generations, unpublished characters and chat history.
• Payments: card and cryptocurrency. No PayPal. If a card is declined, the help center suggests another card, crypto, or a G2A key (1-year subscription or 1,000 coins) redeemed under "Redeem Code"; G2A coin keys need an active subscription.
• Cancelling: profile → "Cancel subscription". You keep access and unused coins until the end of the billing period. Re-subscribing later does not restore old coins.
• Refunds: not possible once more than 25% of a product is used; monthly plans cannot be refunded once coins are used up; annual plans may get a full or partial refund; crypto payments cannot be refunded. Card refunds take 5–10 business days.
• After unsubscribing: your images and videos are blurred until you subscribe again.
