What Candy AI does

Candy AI is a web-based companion app run by EverAI Limited in Malta. It claims 50 million users. The site is split into three sections — Girls, Anime and Guys — so it covers AI girlfriends, anime characters and AI boyfriends from one account.

• Character creator. Build your own companion or pick a ready-made one.
• Images in chat. Ask for a picture inside the conversation; it is generated, not taken from a stock library.
• Voice messages and video. Both are listed features. The site also mentions voice conversations and a "Full Live Action Experience", but it does not spell out whether live voice or video calls are included, so we do not count them.
• Memory. Characters keep context between sessions.
• 13 interface languages: English, French, German, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, Italian, Dutch, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, Japanese and Polish. There is no Chinese interface.

Media is paid with tokens. Premium includes 100 tokens a month for images, video and voice, and you can top up. Candy does not publish a token price list per action on its public pages, so check the cost inside the app before you generate a lot of video.

Is Candy AI NSFW?

Yes. Candy AI is an adult service and allows explicit chat, NSFW images and video with fictional AI characters. That is the main reason people pick it over mainstream chatbots. The NSFW side sits behind the same token wallet as everything else: text chat is the core of the subscription, while each picture, video or voice reply draws on your monthly tokens. What we do not recommend: anything involving real people. Generate fictional characters only; uploading or imitating a real person's likeness is a legal risk in many countries.

The maths over a year: the 12-month plan costs $47.88. Paying month by month costs $9.99 + 11 × $13.99 = $163.88. The weekly plan would come to $291.20. How to start

1. Open candy.ai and confirm you are 18 or older.
2. Click "Join Free" or "Create Free Account" and register. Use an email you keep for adult services.
3. Pick Girls, Anime or Guys, then choose a ready-made character or build your own.
4. Chat on the free account and note when the paywall appears.
5. If you upgrade, choose the 12-month plan for the lowest price and check the total ($47.88) before paying.

Candy AI app: iPhone, Android and web

Candy AI runs in the browser on any device. We found no native Candy AI app in the App Store, and the official site links to no store listing. What the site offers instead is a "Get App" prompt: on iPhone it adds the web app to your home screen, on Android it does the same through the browser, with notifications for new messages and features.

If you see an app called "Candy AI" in a store, check the developer name. The operator of candy.ai is EverAI Limited; an app from anyone else is not the same service, and your account will not carry over.

Candy AI login

Use the "Login" button at the top of candy.ai. Because the phone version is the same web app, one account works on desktop and mobile. Login methods are shown on the sign-in screen; Candy does not describe them on its public pages, so we do not list them here.

If you cannot log in:

• Check the address is exactly candy.ai. Lookalike domains and "free Candy AI" mirrors are not the service.
• Look in spam or junk for sign-up emails.
• Clear the browser cache, turn off ad-blockers for the site or try another browser.
• If you used the home-screen app, open candy.ai in the browser itself — it is the same account.

Is Candy AI safe and legit?

Candy AI is a real company product, not an anonymous site. The operator is EverAI Limited, registered in Malta under No. C107181, and the legal information page names it. The FAQ says data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2 or newer) and claims GDPR compliance. Those are the company's own statements; no outside audit is published.

Billing is discreet: the bank statement shows EverAI, a neutral merchant name, not "Candy AI". The 12-month plan renews automatically at the same price and term, so set a reminder if you only want one year.

Candy AI payment unsuccessful? What to try

Checkout shows Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay. Crypto and PayPal are not confirmed on the official pages. When a payment fails, the cause is usually on the card side:

• The bank blocks overseas or adult merchants. The merchant is in Malta and appears as EverAI. Approve the charge in your banking app or call the bank.
• 3-D Secure was not completed. Keep the bank confirmation screen open until it finishes.
• The card does not allow online or foreign-currency payments. Prices are in US dollars.
• Try Apple Pay if your card works there, or a different Visa or Mastercard.

Do not retry the same card many times in a row; banks often lock a card after several declines.
