Candy AI and OurDream AI are the two names most people search when they look for an AI girlfriend in English. Both let you design a character, chat without limits on a paid plan, and get pictures and video of her. Token budgets are not directly comparable, but OurDream publishes its rates: 5 coins per picture in chat, 100 coins per 5 seconds of video, 50 coins per minute of voice call. So its 1,000 monthly coins buy roughly 200 pictures, or 50 seconds of video, or 20 minutes of calls. We could not find Candy's per-item token costs on its public pages.
Features: OurDream AI does more
- Voice. Both send voice messages. OurDream AI also has live voice calls; Candy's pages do not confirm calls.
- Video. Both generate video. OurDream AI states a maximum of 60 seconds.
- Characters. Candy AI has a polished builder and a Girls / Anime / Guys switch. OurDream AI has a builder too, plus more than 7 million characters made by its users and group chat.
- Languages. Candy's interface comes in 13 languages, and its FAQ says the French version is fully localized. OurDream's interface is English-first, but its characters reply in any language.
- Apps. Neither has an App Store app; both run in the browser and can be added to your home screen.
Privacy and billing
Candy AI is run by EverAI Limited in Malta; the charge appears as "EverAI" on your statement, and its FAQ describes encrypted connections and GDPR compliance. OurDream AI is run by Dream Studio USA, Inc.; its FAQ claims end-to-end encrypted chats, account deletion is permanent and wipes generations and chat history, and its help centre forbids uploading reference photos because of deepfake risk. OurDream takes crypto, Candy takes cards and Apple Pay.

In the US, "candy ai" is searched about 175,000 times a month and "ourdream ai" about 127,000 (Ahrefs). On site traffic the order flips: Ahrefs estimates roughly 656,000 monthly organic visits for ourdream.ai and 416,000 for candy.ai.
