What SugarLab AI is

SugarLab AI is an adult image and video generator with companion chat attached. Most AI girlfriend apps start with the conversation and add pictures later; SugarLab works the other way round. Its landing pages are about generating explicit scenes, and the character chat is where you ask for those images in context.

Per the official site and Terms (checked 2 Nov 2026), these features are listed:

• Image generation in chat — ask your character for a picture during the conversation.
• Video generation — short AI clips, paid with tokens.
• Voice messages — the character can answer with a voice note.

Not confirmed on the public pages: voice or video calls, long-term memory, group chats, AI boyfriends, and interface languages other than English. You can chat in other languages, but the menus are in English.

Character catalogue

SugarLab does not publish how many ready-made characters it has. What it does confirm is a character creator, so the usual path is to design your own companion — look, style and personality — and then generate images and clips of that same character. SugarLab's formats are narrower than those of the all-in-one apps. It covers image and video generation plus voice notes. It does not list mini-series, games, story modes or live video chat. SugarLab AI pricing

How tokens work. A subscription gives unlimited messages and a monthly allowance of tokens, which you spend on images and voice notes. When they run out, you buy a pack. The large pack is cheaper per token: about 1.7 euro cents, against about 2.1 cents in the small pack. SugarLab does not publish how many tokens one image or one video costs, so you cannot work out the real cost per picture before you pay.

Intro month, then renewal. The code says the discounted price applies to the first month only, then €19.99 a month. Expect the second month to cost more than the first.

Is SugarLab AI free?

Only for a quick look. The Terms say free use runs up to a 5-message limit; after that the payment page opens with the monthly and annual plans. • Company: AI Labs B.V., Knegsel, the Netherlands — an EU-registered company with a published address.
• Privacy: the homepage claims data encryption. We did not find published details on how to delete your account or content.
• Payment: card and cryptocurrency. Crypto keeps your card out of it, but crypto payments are usually hard to reverse.
• Bank statement: SugarLab does not say what name appears on your statement.
• Age policy: the site has a separate policy page on age restrictions; it is an adults-only service.
• App: browser-based. The "APP" menu item could not be matched to an official store listing.
