FantasyGF review

Verdict

What FantasyGF does

FantasyGF is an AI girlfriend and boyfriend app with realistic and anime characters. The site claims more than 3.3 million users. Its unusual feature is Duos and Trios: two or three characters in one conversation, and on Ultra, two characters in one picture or video.

Per the official homepage, pricing page and Terms (checked 2 Nov 2026):

• Chat with smart memory — Ultra has five times the memory (300 messages).
• Pictures and NSFW videos generated in chat.
• Voice messages and voice calls.
• Duo and trio chats; group chat with two girls on Ultra.
• Private Content — paid galleries for characters.
• Character creator with a set number of new girlfriends per month on paid plans.

The interface is English only. Video calls are not confirmed.

Character catalogue

FantasyGF does not publish a total character count. The homepage has Realistic and Anime tabs with ready-made characters, many made by users. You can also create your own: the free account includes one trial character, Premium allows 5 new AI girlfriends a month, and Ultra 15 a month. AI boyfriends can be created, and transgender characters are present, so the catalogue is broader than girls-only apps. See also AI boyfriend apps.

FantasyGF pricing

Per the official pricing page (checked 2 Nov 2026):

Monthly prices. They are not shown directly. The page says Premium yearly saves $86 compared with monthly and Ultra saves $300, which implies about $12.99 a month for Premium and about $49.99 for Ultra when paid month by month. Confirm at checkout.

What 100 tokens buy

FantasyGF is unusually open about token costs. Per the pricing page, Premium's 100 monthly tokens cover up to 16 NSFW videos, or 50 pictures, or 12 minutes of calls. That works out to about 2 tokens per picture, about 6 per video, and 8 a minute for calls. On Ultra, calls cost 4 tokens a minute. Mix and match as you like; extra packs are sold separately.

Few apps in our reviews spell this out, and it lets you judge value before paying. If you mostly want calls, 12 minutes a month on Premium is modest; Ultra's 500 tokens at half the call rate gives far more.

Is FantasyGF free?

The free account is labelled "Always Free". It gives limited access and basic features, one character trial, a small token allowance and daily streak rewards. NSFW images stay blurred until you upgrade. It is enough to judge the writing and the art style, not to use the app daily. For more generous free tiers, see free AI girlfriend apps.

How to start

1. Open fantasygf.com and confirm you are 18+.
2. Create a free account and try your one trial character.
3. Switch between the Realistic and Anime tabs to find a style.
4. Log in daily if you want the streak rewards.
5. If you upgrade, choose yearly Premium unless you need group chat, and note the renewal date.

Is FantasyGF safe?

• Company: ADVANCED AI LABS S.R.L., Company ID 49734069, Oradea, Romania.
• Bank statement: the pricing page says "no adult transaction" will appear.
• Payment: Visa, Mastercard, and crypto, which is offered under every plan.
• Data: per the Terms, you can ask for account deletion; after identity verification, data is deleted or irreversibly anonymised, except where the law requires keeping it.
• Age gate: 18+.
• App: web only; no App Store or Google Play app.

User-made characters vary, so choose the ones that suit you and skip the rest. More: is an AI girlfriend safe? Adults only; follow the law where you live.

Premium or Ultra?

Ultra costs a little over four times as much as Premium ($299.99 against $69.99 a year) and gives five times the tokens, half-price calls, five times the memory and group scenes. Per token, Ultra is slightly cheaper, and for calls it is much cheaper: Premium's 100 tokens buy about 12 minutes, Ultra's 500 tokens about 125 minutes. Pick Ultra if you call a lot or want two characters in one chat or image. For chat with occasional pictures and videos, Premium is plenty.

What FantasyGF leaves out

• Monthly and 3-month prices shown directly.
• Interface languages other than English.
• Video calls (voice calls are confirmed).

FantasyGF vs My Dream Companion

Both charge $69.99 a year for Premium. FantasyGF gives 100 tokens a month and publishes what they buy, and adds duo and trio chats. My Dream Companion gives 100 Dream Coins a month, has a 10K+ catalogue and a Simplified Chinese interface. If token transparency matters, FantasyGF; if catalogue size or Chinese matters, Dream Companion.

Who FantasyGF is for

FantasyGF suits people who want to know what their subscription buys, like the idea of two or three characters together, or want an AI boyfriend or trans characters in realistic or anime style. It is a weaker choice if you want a monthly plan with a visible price or a non-English interface.

FantasyGF AI: realistic or anime?

Both styles share the same plans and tokens, so the choice is only about taste. The Realistic and Anime tabs on the homepage are the quickest way to compare; your free trial character can be either.

Alternatives to FantasyGF

My Dream Companion matches the yearly price with a much larger catalogue. Candy AI has a cheaper 12-month plan. Kupid AI covers girlfriends and boyfriends with passes that do not renew automatically.
